We leave the busyness of the city and drive out towards the mountains. First stop is in Lalla Takerkouste for a panoramic view across to the Agafay Desert and Lake. We cross the Kik Plateau and descend through Moulay Brahim to the market town of Asni. Saturday is Souk Day in Asni and we will take you for a walk through this colourful market to catch a glimpse of local life. We drive up the Imlil Valley where you will stop for a glass of mint tea near Imlil before the small hike to the village of Mzik for lunch. Mohamed has an amazing location for clients to enjoy ihomecooked Amazigh food and enjoy the views. Rested and well fed, we walk to Imlil, or if you would like a longer walk; we can go to Aremd and take the higher trails. Our guesthouse accommodation is in the village of Tamatert, so it isn´t very far, it does have options on how to reach it depending on how active you are. In the evening, dinner will be cooked by the family and a group of musicians will arrive to entertain you with traditional tunes and songs. Don't forget to check out the night sky and the sunrise in the morning if you are up in time.

Day 3
After a traditional breakfast, we pack up and depart for Marrakech. A guided tour of the medina and time to enjoy local food traditions and some shopping. Evening departures or you can spend the night if you have a Monday departure.
At the crossroads of Europe and Africa, surrounded by Mediterranean waters and opening onto the vastness of the Atlantic ocean, Morocco is a wonderland for nature lovers.
It is the "land of the distant sunset", a destination rich in contrasts, with a two thousand year-old history, that will stimulate your curiosity. In these lands where several dynasties succeeded one another, you will discover remains of the greatest Mediterranean civilizations. In the north of the country, the Roman ruins of Volubilis stand.
In Rabat, pieces of architecture are evidence of the ancient French presence. Everywhere else, there are several treasures tracing the Muslim civilizations: the Kasbah of the Oudayas, the green expanses of the Menara gardens.
Between sea and mountains, desert sands and green plains, eye-popping panoramas are displayed to shower you with tranquility and natural beauty; enchanting vivid pictures with the richness of a brawling culture transport you into a most raw nature.
